We understand that plans can change and things can come up last minute. We want you to have peace of mind.

UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP:

If you need to cancel up until 30 days prior to the trip you will receive a refund of what you've paid minus a $100 administration and processing fee. Fees paid for options can only be refunded up until 30 days before the trip.


30 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE TRIP:

Within 30 days of the trip, we have already purchased theme park tickets, paid for the bus, hotel rooms and meals. Therefore, if you need to cancel 30 days or less prior to the trip, you will receive a refund of what you've paid, minus a $500 admin and ticketing fee. Within 30 days of the trip, fees paid for additional options cannot be refunded.

SEVEN DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE TRIP:

If you cancel within seven days or less of the trip, you will receive a refund of what you've paid, minus a $1000 admin and ticketing fee. Within 30 days of the trip, fees paid for additional options cannot be refunded.


If Youth Unlimited cancels the trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide families with various refund options, one of them being a full refund.
