We understand that plans can change and things can come up last minute. We want you to have peace of mind.
UP UNTIL MARCH 20, 2025:
If you need to cancel up until March 20, 2025 you will receive a refund of what you've paid minus a $250 administration and processing fee. Fees paid for options can only be refunded up until 30 days before the trip.
By March 20, 2025, we have already purchased theme park tickets, paid for the bus, hotel rooms and meals.
AFTER MARCH 20, 2025:
Therefore, if you need to cancel after March 20, 2025, you will receive a refund of what you've paid, minus a $750 admin and ticketing fee. Within 30 days of the trip, fees paid for additional options cannot be refunded.
AFTER APRIL 9, 2025:
If you cancel after April 9, 2025, you will receive a refund of what you've paid, minus a $1250 admin and ticketing fee. Within 30 days of the trip, fees paid for additional options cannot be refunded.
If Youth Unlimited cancels the trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide families with various refund options, one of them being a full refund.

*Base fee includes deluxe bus line transportation, 6 night quad-occupancy at the Doubletree by Hilton, one day Hopper admission to Disneyland/Disney’s California Adventure (including Lightning Lane Multi Pass service), one day admission to Universal Studios Hollywood, LA Dodgers baseball game, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Mission Beach, three group meals, multiple shopping opportunities, and a few extra surprises along the way. Grade 12 students also receive a VIP experience with daily perks. Some options have additional fees. Fee does not include a majority of meals or personal shopping.
