If you would like to easily calculate a summary of what you need to pay, do the following:

Proceed to cart and then to cart checkout,
The ORDER SUMMARY will indicate the total amount that you owe.
Take note of the total amount (if you want, you can screenshot or print the ORDER SUMMARY for your own records)
Send us a CHEQUE or E-TRANSFER with your total amount.

We understand that plans can change and things can come up last minute. We want you to have peace of mind.
UP UNTIL MARCH 20, 2025:
If you need to cancel up until March 20, 2025 you will receive a refund of what you've paid minus a $250 administration and processing fee. Fees paid for options can only be refunded up until 30 days before the trip.
By March 20, 2025, we have already purchased theme park tickets, paid for the bus, hotel rooms and meals.
AFTER MARCH 20, 2025:
Therefore, if you need to cancel after March 20, 2025, you will receive a refund of what you've paid, minus a $750 admin and ticketing fee. Within 30 days of the trip, fees paid for additional options cannot be refunded.
AFTER APRIL 9, 2025:
If you cancel after April 9, 2025, you will receive a refund of what you've paid, minus a $1250 admin and ticketing fee. Within 30 days of the trip, fees paid for additional options cannot be refunded.
If Youth Unlimited cancels the trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide families with various refund options, one of them being a full refund.
